David Moore.
David’s passion for research and investing has led to a high conviction view that South East Queensland is in the early stages of an epic property boom. He has invested accordingly and welcomes the opportunity to share his knowledge with those wanting to relocate to the region for a better way of life, and with investors wanting to turbocharge their portfolios.
Previously, David specialised in financial markets, beginning his career with Westpac before working as the Global Treasurer for Flight Centre. He hails from Sydney, migrating to Brisbane in 1998, where he lives with his wife and three daughters. He is well placed to comment on the lifestyle advantages of the South East Queensland region, which spans the spectacular Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast.
With a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Applied Finance, David brings a fresh approach to property. He actively monitors the real estate cycle, interest rates, credit availability, population growth, demographic trends, regulatory change, infrastructure plans, and relative value to identify the best spots to live and invest. With this information and his relationships in the sector, David helps people maximise the effortless advantage that comes from buying the right property in the right location at the right time.
